1. How do I make payments? Do you accept credit cards?

We currently accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard and Amex cards through Shopify Payment Gateway. We also allow you to make payment via PayNow.

 

2. Are taxes included in your prices?

In accordance with Singapore guidelines, all prices that you see on the website is inclusive of 7% GST (goods and services tax). If your delivery address is outside of Singapore, the GST will not apply to you and will be removed from your purchase total.

However, taxes at the import destination may still apply. Please check and pay at destination customs for these charges if applicable.

 

3. How may I track my orders?

You can track your orders through the SingPost website here.

The usual stages of delivery that may be tracked include: Item Picked Up, At Sorting Facility, With Delivery Courier, Delivered for Domestic, Item Picked Up, At Sorting Facility, In Transit to Destination, Customs Clearance, At Destination Sorting, With Delivery Courier, Delivered.

However, the check points may vary from country to country and “hiccups” may occurs such as being Held at Customs, Bad Address, Item undelivered, etc.

 

4. When can I expect my package?

I. Delivery (within Singapore)

Items will be dispatched to you by our delivery team within 1-3 business days upon receiving your order.


II. Shipping (International)

Please note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are based on the total order weight and shipping destination. Postage fees will be based on the weight of the item and the destination of the receiver (inclusive administrative charges). Please allow 14-21 days delivery, subject to destination.
